GreenCal (granular)

Gypsum is composed of calcium and sulfur, which are essential secondary nutrients for all types of plants. It also helps soil become looser and more crumbly, making it easier for roots to penetrate and ensuring strong stems. Additionally, gypsum can dissolve in water immediately, providing plants with essential nutrients promptly.

How to use

To adjust the calcium and sulfur requirements for economically important plants.

Recommended rate: 300 – 600 kgs/acre/year.
Duration and method of application: Broadcast on the soil surface during soil preparation stage.

To improve degraded soil

Recommended rate: 600 – 1,200 kgs/acre/year
Duration and method of application: Broadcast on the soil surface and plow during soil preparation.

To loosen and improve the compacted and sticky soil, allowing it to become friable down to the lower layers and enhancing its drainage capability.

Recommended rate: 450 – 840 kgs/acre/year
Duration and method of application: Use a fertilizer spreader or apply by hand.

For soil compaction

Recommended rate: 600 kgs/acre/year
Duration and method of application: Broadcast on the soil surface and plow while preparing the soil.
